I Have just made a MK125. I checked everything was O.K. and powered up. The LED didn't light up, despite covering the LDR. I can hear the relay clicking when I turn the pot. I didn't have a voltage load to the relay though. Would this be the reason? I have made one in the past and the LED on that one does illuminate under a 6 volt load.

Since you can hear the relay it sounds like the LED is in backwards

O.K., Thanks, but I'm sure it is the right way round. I will check again and let you know.
