Good afternoon,

I have the following question regarding the K8020 capacitors that are listed in the user manual on page 7. There are a total of 13 capacitors numbered from C1:220p throughout C7:220p
(see user manual pictures: 3.Capacitors
http://i46.tinypic.com/6en5e1.jpg

and 6.Capacitors
http://i46.tinypic.com/mczz29.jpg

, can be found on the respective user manual pages: 7 and 10).

When looking at the above mentioned capacitors there are numbers imprinted on them as follows (see link below):

4 of the 13 have imprinted ' 2,5 ' on them,
2 have ' 10 ' on them and
7 have ' 5 ' imprinted on them.

I am uncertain in what meaning these numbers have and if there is any meaning in how I have to assemble them correctly.

I apologize if this topic is misplaced here, my English understanding is not the very best.

Thank you very much in advance.

- Jörg

Sorry, you have us confused here.
Could you supply pictures of the caps?
Sorry, this forum does not allow picture uploads
If you can provide LINKS (e.g. by using a free online picture base) to HI-RES and SHARP pics of your assembly (both solder- and component side)
then we can take a look and provide some feedback.

Hello,

I have edited my opening post and included some pictures from the manual and one from the actual board where the capacitors are included.

I hope this helps. Please inform me if you need more info. Thanks in advance,

- Jörg

Please look at the other side of the cap, it indicates the value.
If not, then for some reason the printing is missing.
In that case, please let us know which caps you are missing so that we can mail them.

First off, excuse me for the late reply but I couldn't find any time to look into the issue again earlier.

As you have said, the backside of the cap indicates the value, all of them are imprinted with a 220p. Only the front sides have different numbers (different values? ) on them. Do those in front simply have no meaning at all or is there a specific order or purpose for them?

Thanks for your help, again.

So, they are 220p capacitors.
The numbers at the back are for production only, don't worry about them.
Is your problem solved now or do you have any other issues?
